About the Role

We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Infrastructure & Applications Program Manager to oversee and coordinate multiple technology initiatives from planning through successful delivery. This position will collaborate with business and IT stakeholders across infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud, security, software, and hardware environments.

The ideal candidate will have extensive experience leading multiple concurrent technology projects, managing stakeholder expectations, coordinating cross-functional teams, and ensuring projects remain aligned with timelines, budgets, and business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple technology projects and programs from initiation through completion.
• Establish and manage project plans, schedules, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Coordinate teams across IT, infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud, security, and business functions.
• Monitor project progress and proactively address risks, issues, dependencies, and roadblocks.
• Manage project budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting.
• Develop and maintain project status reports, dashboards, and executive-level updates.
• Facilitate project meetings, track action items, and ensure timely follow-up.
• Partner with stakeholders to establish priorities, resolve issues, and maintain project momentum.
• Apply Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies based on project requirements.
• Support continuous improvement of project management processes, templates, and reporting standards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of technology project or program management experience.
• Demonstrated ability to manage multiple concurrent technology initiatives.
• Experience across infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud, security, software, and hardware projects.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, and cross-functional leadership skills.
• Experience working with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid project methodologies.
• Strong organizational, analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
• Experience managing project risks, issues, dependencies, budgets, and schedules.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or a related discipline preferred.

Compensation

Estimated hourly range: $80–$90/hr W-2

Final compensation will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
