Senior Network Engineer - Cisco Infrastructure & Collaboration

Robert Half is partnering with a growing organization seeking a Network Engineer to join a highly visible infrastructure team.

This role will support enterprise networking and collaboration technologies while contributing to strategic infrastructure initiatives. The ideal candidate is comfortable working in large-scale Cisco environments and enjoys a mix of operational support and project-based work.

Responsibilities

• Support enterprise Cisco networking environments
• Maintain and troubleshoot Layer 2 and Layer 3 infrastructure
• Support voice and collaboration technologies
• Assist with SIP trunking and unified communications initiatives
• Work closely with infrastructure and security teams
• Participate in network upgrades, implementations, and expansion projects
• Support production environments and critical business services

Qualifications

• 3+ years of Network Engineering experience
• Cisco routing and switching expertise
• Enterprise infrastructure support experience
• Cisco collaboration or unified communications experience
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment

Preferred

• Cisco security technologies
• Cisco collaboration platforms
• Multi-site enterprise environments
• Financial services or regulated industries
