Platform Engineer / DevOps Engineer

Main Tasks And Responsibilities

Noesis is looking for candidates with the following profile:

• Design, develop, and maintain platform infrastructure services, treating infrastructure as products that enable development teams to build and operate applications efficiently;
• Automate the infrastructure and product development lifecycle, using CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code practices;
• Collaborate closely with development teams to understand infrastructure requirements and ensure platforms are scalable, reliable, secure, and resilient;
• Monitor and continuously improve platform services, including performance, observability, failure recovery, and internal customer experience.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Engineering, or equivalent professional experience;
• At least 4 years of professional experience, including experience in Software Development;
• Strong experience with Kubernetes (CKA or OpenShift certification is mandatory);
• Good knowledge of Linux, programming (Go / Python), and cloud environments;
• Experience with CI/CD, GitOps, and Infrastructure as Code;
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability practices and tools;
• Knowledge or experience in Artificial Intelligence is valued;
• Availability for a 24x7 on-call rotation;
• Strong proactivity, dynamism, organizational, and communication skills.
