💰 $80,000–$95,000 + Bonus 💻 Full-Time

Artemis Solutions is recruiting an experienced Infrastructure & Security Engineer for a growing Lexington-based technology services company.

This isn’t simply a support or ticket-resolution role. We’re looking for an engineer who can look at an environment, recognize the gaps, determine the right solution—and own it through completion.

And for this team, done means tested, documented, and closed. ✔️

🔧 What You’ll Work On

You’ll work across multiple client environments with a mix of infrastructure, cloud, networking, identity, and cybersecurity, including:

🔹 Microsoft 365, Entra ID & Active Directory

🔹 Conditional Access, MFA/passkeys, PIM & least-privilege design

🔹 Hybrid identity & Entra Connect/Cloud Sync

🔹 Microsoft Defender for Business/Endpoint & Office 365

🔹 Microsoft Intune & device management

🔹 Microsoft Purview, DLP & data protection

🔹 VLANs, routing & network segmentation

🔹 Firewalls, site-to-site VPNs & client VPNs

🔹 EDR, SIEM & vulnerability management

🔹 Windows Server & hybrid environments

🔹 Network & SNMP monitoring

Current projects include segmenting flat networks, deploying hybrid identity, improving firewall/VPN environments, securing internet-facing systems, standardizing Defender across multiple tenants, and strengthening network monitoring.

🎯 Who We’re Looking For

No one is expected to check every technical box.

We’re looking for someone with approximately 5+ years of IT experience who brings strong technical depth in several of these areas—and, just as importantly:

✅ Has strong technical judgment

✅ Can work independently

✅ Knows how to troubleshoot beyond the obvious

✅ Communicates well with technical and nontechnical people

✅ Can juggle multiple clients and projects

✅ Keeps learning as technology evolves

✅ Finishes what they start

💰 Compensation & Benefits

💵 $80K–$95K, based on experience

🎯 6% annual bonus opportunity
