Cloud Network Engineer (SRE)

We are looking for a "Cloud Network SRE" on behalf of our global business partner in Telecommunication Industry.

Cloud Network Engineer will design, implement, and maintain hybrid and multi-cloud infrastructure solutions. The role focuses on Linux and network operations, supporting backend access during customer infrastructure operations.

Engineer works with internal teams and customers to maintain infrastructure that meets business and compliance needs.

Core Requirements

• Linux system administration (RedHat, Debian, CentOS): user management, file systems, package management, systemd, performance monitoring, troubleshooting.
• Network fundamentals: TCP/IP, routing (BGP, OSPF), VLANs, subnetting, firewall/NAT, load balancing, VPNs, DNS, DHCP.
• Network vendor experience: Cisco, Huawei, Fortinet, Palo Alto configuration and troubleshooting.
• Linux networking: iptables/nftables, network interfaces, bonding, traffic monitoring (tcpdump, ss, ip).
• Shell scripting (Bash/Python) for automation.

Supporting Skills

• Cloud networking (HuaweiCloud VPC, VPC Peering, DNS, DHCP, Load Balancer, NAT, VPN, Direct Connect(DC), Route Table, ACL, EIP).
• IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible) - beneficial but not required.
• Monitoring (Zabbix, Grafana).
• Security (network segmentation, access controls).
