About The Role

We are hiring a hands-on GenAI Lead / Senior AI Engineer with strong expertise in AWS, conversational AI, and agentic AI systems. This role is ideal for someone who can design, build, and lead development of modern AI platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Roles & Responsibilities :

• Design and develop AI-powered applications (chatbots, voice AI, automation systems)
• Lead development of agentic AI systems and workflows
• Build scalable backend services and APIs
• Design and deploy cloud architecture on AWS
• Collaborate with product and engineering teams

AI & Agentic AI Expertise

• Expert-level understanding of conversational AI and chatbot development
• Hands-on development experience with agentic AI systems
• Experience building multi-step workflows, tool integrations, and AI automation
• Exposure to voice AI (STT / TTS) and real-time systems
• Experience with image / generative AI concepts

AWS & Cloud Architecture

• Strong AWS architecture experience
• ECS / EKS / Lambda
• API Gateway, S3, DynamoDB, RDS
• Scalable, secure, and cost-optimized system design

Core Requirements

• 5–10 years of software engineering experience
• 2+ years of hands-on Generative AI experience
• Strong programming skills (Python or Node.js)
• Experience with APIs, microservices, and backend systems
