Lead Platform Cloud & Mobile

Introduction

Key Responsibilities

• Translate product requirements into scalable technical solutions and implementation approaches – bridging product owners and external developers.
• Ensure development teams consistently meet sprint commitments – through technical guidance, implementation support, and removing technical blockers.
• Define and enforce architectural standards, coding guidelines, and automated quality gates – to maintain long‑term maintainability and control technical debt.
• Serve as the primary technical liaison for external partners – monitoring delivery performance, managing technical risks, and ensuring alignment with technical expectations and quality standards.
• Own the end‑to‑end release pipeline – coordinating builds, integration, testing, deployment, and rollback, with full release documentation.
• Lead production incident response and root‑cause analysis – establishing robust monitoring, alerting, and observability to minimize downtime and improve recovery time.
• Drive continuous improvement of agile processes in line with the best global practices.
• Identify bottlenecks and drive automation to enhance productivity across internal and external teams.

Required Expertise

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, software engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in designing, developing, implementing, and operating cloud and mobile solutions, with 2+ years in a technical lead role.
• Understanding of cloud architecture principles, including microservices, serverless, and container-based platforms (e.g., Kubernetes, Docker).
• Experience with major cloud providers (e.g., Aliyun, Tencent Cloud) and cloud-native development practices.
• Experience designing and operating REST APIs and event-driven architectures, as well as integrating mobile applications with cloud services.
• Understanding of architecture principles for scalable mobile platforms.
• Understanding communication protocols (e.g., Bluetooth, NFC, Thread) and secure data exchange.
• Competence in automated testing, CI/CD pipelines, and DevOps practices.
• Experience with secure development practices and cloud security standards, and IoT security/privacy concerns.
• Fluent in English (written and spoken), excellent communication and collaboration skills, and Agile/Scrum experience.
