IAM Analyst

Position Overview

This role supports the rollout, ongoing operations, and enhancement of Client’s global Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) platform, OpenText Advanced Authentication, across multiple departments and CLIENT locations worldwide. The contractor will serve as a technical lead and subject matter expert for MFA, authentication technologies, identity and access management, and related IT security initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

-Support and maintain Client’s global MFA environment (OpenText Advanced Authentication).

-Serve as a technical lead on medium to large initiatives as directed by the Product Owner and Manager.

-Provide consultation and subject matter expertise on authentication, access management, and IT security topics.

-Analyze business and technical requirements and develop work orders for external suppliers.

-Troubleshoot and resolve complex MFA-related incidents and requests, escalating to global support teams as needed.

-Provide Level 3 support for authentication platforms, applications, and processes.

-Assist with ensuring system integrity, security, scalability, and ongoing enhancements.

-Create and maintain technical documentation, procedures, and automated test scripts using Postman.

-Perform unit and integration testing and support automated testing and deployment processes.

-Define and adhere to development standards, testing procedures, documentation requirements, and best practices.

Required Experience

-Strong experience with Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) and Identity & Access Management (IAM) technologies.

-Background in IT Security, authentication, and access control solutions.

-Experience troubleshooting complex incidents and providing Level 3 support.

-Experience creating technical documentation and test plans/scripts.

Preferred Experience:

-Experience with Postman and automated testing is preferred.

-Previous experience supporting enterprise-scale or global IT environments is highly preferred.

-Experience with authentication platforms such as OpenText Advanced Authentication or similar solutions is a plus.
