Senior .NET Architect | Frisco, TX | Contract to Hire A rapidly growing technology organization supporting large-scale public sector platforms is building a new innovation hub in Frisco, Texas. This team develops and enhances mission-critical applications used across transportation and service operations while expanding a modern cloud-based product suite for new customers. The environment leverages .NET, Azure, Angular, microservices, and modern application architecture principles. This is a 6-month contract-to-hire opportunity with a hybrid onsite expectation.

This position offers a chance to join a newly established engineering center during its earliest stages of growth. The organization is investing heavily in platform modernization, cloud-native development, and the creation of new software products. The ideal candidate enjoys solving complex technical challenges, influencing engineering standards, mentoring teams, and helping define how modern software products are built and delivered. Required Skills & Experience

• 7+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong experience with C# and .NET Core/.NET 6+
• Software architecture and solution design expertise
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems
• Azure cloud experience
• Azure Functions and cloud-native development experience
• Microservices architecture experience
• JavaScript development experience
• Experience working with Angular or React
• Strong communication and stakeholder collaboration skills

Desired Skills & Experience

• .NET 8+ experience
• Enterprise modernization initiatives
• Government, transportation, or public sector technology experience
• Previous DMV-related systems experience
• AAMVA or NMVTIS knowledge
• Leadership or mentoring experience

• Design and architect modern cloud-based applications
