Site Reliability Engineer

We're seeking a Site Reliability Engineer (SRE) to join a growing Business Operations team, where you'll help ensure critical systems remain reliable, scalable, and secure. This is a hands-on role offering exposure across automation, cloud infrastructure, observability, incident management, and platform reliability.

What You'll Do

• Lead key SRE initiatives that improve system stability and performance
• Build automation and tooling to streamline operations and incident response
• Troubleshoot complex production issues across applications, infrastructure, and networks
• Partner with development teams to improve reliability, scalability, and resilience
• Monitor system health, capacity, and performance, proactively addressing risks
• Support incident, problem, and change management activities
• Contribute to documentation, best practices, and continuous improvement initiatives

What You'll Bring

• 8+ years' experience in SRE, DevOps, or Application Support
• Strong Python scripting and automation skills
• Experience with monitoring and observability tools such as Splunk and Dynatrace
• Solid Linux/Unix administration and troubleshooting experience
• Hands-on experience with AWS (Azure or GCP experience advantageous)
• Strong understanding of CI/CD, containerisation, and tools such as Jenkins
• Knowledge of high availability, disaster recovery, and fault-tolerant system design
• Experience managing incidents in live production environments
• Excellent troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
