Responsibilities

Make an impact As a Senior IT Infrastructure Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the reliability, performance, and continuous improvement of the IT infrastructure that supports our internal applications and DevOps toolchain. You will work across a diverse application landscape and contribute to the success of our software development and business operations. In this role, you will:

• Manage and support business-critical applications and IT infrastructure.
• Design, develop, and continuously improve application infrastructure solutions.
• Perform system patching, upgrades, and stability improvements.
• Monitor application performance and proactively optimize system health and availability.
• Analyze and troubleshoot application, server, and database performance issues.
• Lead incident investigation and resolution activities to minimize downtime.
• Provide 2nd and 3rd level technical support.
• Configure, administer, and enhance internal tools and platforms.
• Collaborate with developers, stakeholders, and cross-functional teams to deliver reliable solutions.
• Create and maintain clear technical documentation.
• Contribute to the ongoing evolution of our DevOps and infrastructure capabilities.

Application Requirements

What you need to succeed

• Degree in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Experience in infrastructure engineering, automation, or industrial IT environments.
• Strong knowledge of networking, servers, virtualization, and operating systems.
• Experience with troubleshooting and resolving complex technical issues.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a project-based environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Proactive, solution-oriented mindset with a focus on continuous improvement.
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
