We are seeking an experienced Infrastructure Engineer to join a Network Change Team responsible for supporting complex, project-driven infrastructure deployments across a large enterprise environment.

Ideal Candidate

We’re looking for someone who is detail-oriented, technically strong, collaborative, and adaptable—someone who can communicate effectively with peers and partner IT teams while pivoting between multiple priorities and solving complex infrastructure problems. This is a hands-on role for an engineer who understands both server and network infrastructure, can evaluate technical solutions, and translate requirements into detailed deployment specifications.

What You'll Do

• Manage complex infrastructure work within a Deployment Management Methodology (DMM) framework
• Assess customer requirements and evaluate approved technical solutions
• Determine infrastructure changes required across servers and networks
• Develop detailed deployment specification documents for implementation teams
• Partner with Architecture, Security, Operations, and IT teams
• Troubleshoot complex infrastructure issues and effectively manage multiple priorities
• Support network changes that ensure business applications remain secure, reliable, and operational

Required Experience

• 8+ years of hands-on experience building or supporting IT infrastructure, including servers and/or networks
• Strong application design experience
• Hands-on infrastructure engineering experience across server and network environments
• Experience with Cisco ACI
• Experience with GitHub supporting Software Defined Networking (SDN)
• Strong troubleshooting, communication, and documentation skills

Nice to Have

Experience across multiple infrastructure disciplines, including:

• Windows Server
• RHEL
• OpenShift
• BIG-IP
• Cisco networking
• Telephony systems
• IBM / Hitachi SAN & NAS storage

Education

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field OR equivalent qualifying work experience/education combination.
