We're seeking a Network & Systems Manager to oversee enterprise infrastructure operations, mentor a talented technical team, and drive modernization across systems, networking, security, cloud, and automation. This is a true player-coach opportunity where you'll influence strategy, lead people, and provide technical direction across a diverse technology environment.

What You'll Do

• Lead and develop a team of infrastructure and technology professionals
• Serve as the escalation point for complex operational and technical issues
• Drive infrastructure reliability, availability, and security initiatives
• Oversee systems, networking, virtualization, cloud, and automation efforts
• Lead operational planning, project delivery, and continuous improvement
• Partner with leadership on technology strategy, roadmaps, and priorities
• Manage vendors, technology solutions, and infrastructure investments
• Promote a culture of accountability, collaboration, and technical excellence

What You'll Bring

• Proven experience leading technical infrastructure teams
• Strong background across systems, networking, virtualization, and operations
• Experience with Linux, VMware, automation, cloud technologies, and enterprise infrastructure
• Ability to coach, mentor, and develop technical staff
• Strong troubleshooting, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• Hands-on technical credibility with the ability to guide architectural and operational decisions
