DevOps Engineer

We are seeking a proactive and collaborative DevOps Engineer to join our growing technology team. You will help design, implement, and maintain scalable, reliable, and secure infrastructure that powers our products and services. This role requires a strong engineering mindset, a passion for automation, and the ability to balance speed with stability.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and manage CI/CD pipelines to accelerate software delivery while maintaining quality and security.
• Automate provisioning, configuration, and monitoring of cloud-based infrastructure (e.g., AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Develop and maintain infrastructure as code using tools such as Terraform, CloudFormation, or similar technologies.
• Build and manage monitoring, logging, and alerting systems to ensure high availability and performance.
• Collaborate with development, security, and operations teams to define and enforce best practices for reliability and incident response.
• Troubleshoot production incidents, perform root cause analysis, and implement preventive measures.
• Introduce and promote automation, performance tuning, and cost optimization across the stack.
• Participate in on-call rotations and contribute to disaster recovery planning and testing.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 3+ years of hands-on experience in DevOps, site reliability, or a similar role.
• Strong experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) and related services.
• Proficiency in scripting and automation (e.g., Python, Bash, or similar languages).
• Experience with CI/CD tooling (e.g., Jenkins, GitLab CI, CircleCI) and container orchestration (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Deep understanding of IaC tools (Terraform, Ansible, or equivalents) and configuration management.
• Knowledge of monitoring and observability tools (Prometheus, Grafana, ELK/EFK stacks, OpenTelemetry).
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Nice-to-Haves

• Experience with microservices architecture and distributed systems.
• Familiarity with security best practices, DevSecOps, and compliance frameworks.
• Hands-on experience with serverless architectures and edge computing.
