Team Overview

Argus Advisory is a TransUnion Company and the leading provider of analytics, information and solutions to financial services providers to help them grow their businesses. We help clients maximize the value of data and analytics to allocate and align resources to strategic objectives, manage and mitigate risk (default, fraud, funding and compliance), and optimize financial objectives. This role will act as a key Consulting Analyst of the Argus team and will partner and collaborate with other associates to support relationships with key clients.

Role Overview and Core Responsibilities

• This internship will include training in the financial service industry, technical skills like AWS, and utilizing desktop research for consultative services.

• Candidates must have a passion for financial services and will utilize AWS technical skills to complete their internship.

Required Knowledge and Experiences

• Must be graduating by June 2028 or earlier and seeking a BS or advanced degree in statistics, industrial engineering, mathematics, economics, computer science, finance, or related field

• Ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment

• Demonstrated quantitative and qualitative skills

• Strong communication (written and oral) skills

• This is a hybrid position and involves regular performance of job responsibilities virtually as well as in-person at an assigned TU office location for a minimum of two days a week.

Required Technical Skills

• Familiarity with SQL, AWS and/or SAS or other data mining or statistical software

Our Summer Internship Program will allow you to use & develop the skills you've learned in school while participating in engaging events such as: career development workshops, networking events, and guest speakers throughout this paid 12-week internship beginning in May or June, depending on academic calendar.
