Manager, Information Technology

Overview:

Seeking an experienced IT leader to oversee day-to-day technology operations within a dynamic organization that specializes in identity intelligence solutions. This pivotal role manages a skilled three-person team and handles both infrastructure and project workflows across on-premises and cloud environments, including vendor relations and compliance. The ideal candidate will ensure seamless technology management, enhance security measures, and drive impactful IT projects that support organizational growth and security.

Required Skills:

• 7+ years in IT with at least 4 years in a management role
• Proven leadership with hands-on approach
• Experience managing virtualization platforms (Proxmox, VMware)
• Strong understanding of TCP/IP networking (802.1q, DNS, DHCP, Gateways)
• Skilled in cloud environments, especially AWS
• Knowledge of Active Directory, server patching, updates, and maintenance
• Proficiency with mobile device management platforms and endpoint security
• Excellent communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences

Nice to Have Skills:

• Experience with Linux server maintenance and Docker-based solutions
• Familiarity with UniFi network infrastructure and VLAN configuration
• Knowledge of facilities-adjacent IT responsibilities such as A/V systems and power management
• Experience with disaster recovery planning and local office business continuity strategies

Preferred Education and Experience:

• BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
• Industry experience may substitute for formal education
