WHAT YOU'LL DO

• Oversee the end-to-end management of AWS infrastructure to ensure optimal performance and reliability.
• Design, build, and maintain core services including EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, ALB, VPC, and IAM.
• Implement monitoring solutions to enhance observability of the system's performance and reliability.
• Automate system processes to improve efficiency and reduce the likelihood of errors.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize deployment pipelines and enhance overall workflows.
• Conduct regular performance reviews of the infrastructure to identify bottlenecks and areas for enhancement.
• Develop and uphold best practices in cloud security and compliance across the architecture.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Proven expertise in managing AWS services such as EC2, ECS/EKS, RDS, DynamoDB, S3, ALB, VPC, and IAM.
• Solid understanding of infrastructure as code (IaC) principles and familiarity with tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Demonstrated experience in automating processes using scripting languages such as Python, Bash, or others.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize infrastructure environments.
• Experience with container orchestration, particularly Kubernetes or Docker, in production settings.

NICE TO HAVE

• Familiarity with DevOps tools such as Jenkins, Git, or CircleCI for CI/CD practices.
• Experience in managing and deploying serverless architectures using AWS Lambda.
• Knowledge of networking concepts and security best practices in cloud environments.
