Contingent Pipeline Notice

This description represents a prospective position. Applications will populate our active talent pipeline for ongoing and upcoming delivery order requests supporting the NC3 modernization enterprise in Albuquerque, NM.

Position Overview

Identify security risks, threats, and vulnerabilities of networks, systems, applications, and new technology initiatives. Develop, test, and operate firewalls, intrusion detection systems, enterprise anti-virus systems, and software deployment tools. Test and debug programs and scripts and prepare instructions for use during network exploitation activities. Apply knowledge of current IA policy, tactics, techniques, and doctrine to fulfill active reporting requirements.

Key Responsibilities

• Threat & Vulnerability Checking: Discover and track security findings across multi-enclave operational environments.
• Operate Defensive Infrastructures: Deploy, tune, and monitor firewalls, intrusion detection systems (IDS), and enterprise monitoring frameworks.
• Scripting & Debugging: Write and debug localized utilities and automation scripts to accelerate log parsing and incident routing.
• IA Status Reporting: Align operational findings with tactical defense reporting metrics and update ongoing POA&Ms.

Specific Technical & NC3 Qualifications

• Security Tools: Hands-on operational experience with Palo Alto Firewalls, Cisco Routers, SolarWinds, Wireshark, or Splunk.
• Automation Aptitude: Familiarity with defensive scripting languages like Python or PowerShell.
• Clearance: Active DoD Secret clearance minimum.
