Python + Django Technical Leader at BairesDev

We are looking for a Senior Python + Django Technical Leader to guide development teams in building scalable web applications. This role combines hands-on development with technical leadership to deliver high-quality solutions while mentoring engineers and driving best practices.

What You'll Do:

- Lead the design and development of complex web applications using Python and Django.

- Mentor and guide development teams in best practices, code quality, and architectural decisions.

- Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and project roadmaps.

- Drive code reviews, establish coding standards, and ensure high-quality deliverables.

- Optimize application performance, scalability, and security across Django-based systems.

- Stay current with emerging technologies and advocate for their adoption when beneficial.

What we are looking for:

- 5+ years of experience with Python and Django framework.

- Proven experience leading technical teams and mentoring developers.

- Strong understanding of web application architecture and design patterns.

- Expertise in RESTful APIs, databases, and backend development best practices.

- Experience with Agile methodologies and software development lifecycle.

- Advanced level of English.
