Job Summary

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Senior Full Stack Developer to join one of our clients on a 1-year contract.

The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering modern web applications and cloud-native solutions. The role requires strong expertise across both front-end and back-end development, with hands-on experience building scalable, secure, and high-performance enterprise applications using modern frameworks, microservices architectures, and cloud platforms. Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, test, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using modern front-end and back-end technologies.
• Build responsive and accessible user interfaces using React and modern JavaScript frameworks.
• Develop reusable UI components using component-driven architecture principles.
• Implement and consume RESTful APIs and integrate with enterprise systems and microservices.
• Design and develop backend services using Node.js and/or Python.
• Develop and maintain microservices-based architectures using Spring Boot, Node.js, or similar frameworks.
• Design secure, scalable, and maintainable solutions following software engineering and secure coding best practices.
• Design and optimize SQL and NoSQL databases, including exposure to modern vector database solutions.
• Implement state management solutions such as Redux for complex enterprise applications.
• Develop automated unit, integration, and end-to-end tests.
• Participate in architecture reviews, code reviews, and technical design discussions.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to deploy and manage applications in Microsoft Azure environments.
• Build and maintain containerized applications using Docker and Kubernetes.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation.
• Troubleshoot production issues and optimize application performance and reliability.
• Mentor junior developers and contribute to engineering standards and best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Front-End Development

• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3/SCSS, JavaScript ES6+, React.js, Next.js, Angular, and Redux.
• Experience developing responsive and accessible web applications.
• Hands-on experience integrating REST APIs.
• Strong understanding of responsive design and cross-browser compatibility.
• Familiarity with UI/UX best practices.

Back-End Development

• Strong experience with Node.js, Python, Go, and/or Microsoft .NET.
• Experience with RESTful API development, Spring Boot, and microservices architecture.
• Experience designing scalable distributed systems.
• Knowledge of event-driven and asynchronous architectures.

Databases

• Strong experience with SQL and NoSQL databases, including Azure PostgreSQL and/or MS SQL.
• Exposure to vector databases and modern data retrieval patterns.

Cloud & DevOps

• Strong experience with Azure DevOps, Azure Web Apps, CI/CD pipelines, Git, Docker, and Kubernetes.
• Experience deploying and managing cloud-native applications.

Testing & Security

• Hands-on experience with Jest and Cypress.
• Experience developing unit, integration, and end-to-end automated tests.
• Knowledge of secure coding principles, OWASP best practices, and application security standards.
• Understanding of performance optimization and production reliability practices.

Experience & Education

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• 6–8 years of hands-on full-stack software development experience.
• Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale applications in cloud environments.
• Experience working within Agile/Scrum delivery teams.
