Hiring: Lead Microsoft 365 Copilot Engineer / Systems Engineer IV

Location: Bothell, WA

Hybrid: 50% onsite / 50% remote

Contract: 2 years

Dates: 10/19/2026 – 10/18/2028

Pay: $76–$110/hr

We’re looking for a senior Microsoft 365 engineer with hands-on experience implementing and supporting Microsoft 365 Copilot in an enterprise production environment.

This role will help lead the deployment, governance, security, administration, and optimization of Microsoft 365 Copilot across a large enterprise environment while partnering closely with IT, Security, Data, Infrastructure, and business teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deploy, configure, and support Microsoft 365 Copilot across the enterprise

• Conduct Copilot readiness assessments covering licensing, tenant configuration, data readiness, permissions, and security

• Support Copilot across SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Viva, and related M365 platforms

• Identify and remediate oversharing, permissions, and content-governance risks

• Configure and administer Microsoft Purview controls including DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Information Protection, Compliance Manager, and Insider Risk

• Support Conditional Access, RBAC, PIM, Zero Trust, and access governance

• Monitor Copilot adoption and usage through Copilot Analytics, Viva Insights, Power BI, and M365 reporting

• Partner with business teams to identify high-value Copilot and AI use cases

• Support Copilot Studio, automation, user training, prompt libraries, and adoption initiatives

• Develop technical standards, runbooks, architecture documentation, and operational best practices

Required:

• 5+ years supporting enterprise Microsoft 365 environments

• Hands-on Microsoft 365 Copilot implementation and production support experience

• Strong experience with SharePoint Online, Teams, Exchange Online, OneDrive, Entra ID/Azure AD, and Microsoft Graph

• Strong Microsoft Purview experience

• DLP, Sensitivity Labels, Information Protection, Compliance Manager, and Insider Risk experience

• Experience with Copilot Analytics, Viva Insights, Power BI, and M365 reporting

• Strong troubleshooting, documentation, and stakeholder-management skills

Preferred:

• Copilot Studio

• Power Automate / Power Apps

• Copilot Studio agents or conversational AI solutions

• Responsible AI / AI governance

• Semantic Index and Microsoft Graph Connectors

• Prompt engineering and AI-enabled workflow automation

• Experience working in highly regulated enterprise environments

• Microsoft certifications such as MS-102, SC-300, SC-400, PL-600, or Copilot-related certifications
