Summary:

Our client is a customer-obsessed startup team, and they're hiring a Full Stack Agentic Development Engineer. This engineer will spend most of their time specifying, orchestrating, and reviewing AI coding agents — not hand-writing foundational code. Leverage comes from judgment: decomposing a problem into work agents can execute, writing specifications precise enough to produce correct results, running the review and evaluation that keeps quality high, and owning the architectural and safety decisions agents can't be trusted to make.

This is a senior-only role because that judgment can't be faked — it comes from having shipped hard systems yourself, for real users.

You'll own a delivery boundary end to end — its code, its tests, its weekly release — turning validated customer problems into reliable capabilities that ship behind feature flags and go live for customers on demand.

Demonstrable agentic experience (required): You've already worked this way in production, and can show it, for example:

• Repositories with real agent scaffolding you built: specs, steering/context files, skills, evaluation harnesses.
• Shipped work where the majority of the code was agent-generated and human-reviewed, and you can walk through how you directed it.
• A specification you wrote that took an agent from intent to correct, working software — and what you changed when it didn't.
• A time an agent's output was subtly wrong, how your review caught it, and what you put in place so it wouldn't recur.
• Agentic judgment. know what to delegate and what to own. Can write specs that produce correct results; review generated code as rigorously as your own and never ship what you can't vouch for.

Requirements:

• Several years of senior-level engineering with a track record of shipping production systems.
• Demonstrable, production agentic development experience.
• Evidence you've engaged directly with users or customers to shape what you built — not just taken tickets from a backlog.
• Strong systems judgment: APIs and data models, backward/forward compatibility, performance under real-world constraints.
• Comfort in a monorepo with continuous delivery, feature flags, canary releases, and automated testing as the release gate.
• You own your test coverage; you don't hand it off.

Senior depth level experience required in at least one (the more the better):

• Real-time backend — Node, MongoDB, Redis, MQTT messaging; low-latency, high-availability services.
• Web — Angular; admin consoles, real-time web apps, operational tooling.
• Mobile — React Native across iOS and Android; offline-tolerant, sync-heavy apps.
• Device / walt OS — AOSP platform work, HAL/JNI and native services in C/C++, custom Android images for rugged hardware.
• Data & AI — streaming pipelines, warehouse, on-device and server-side AI/translation.
