AI Solution Architect

Job Description

Lead discovery workshops with business and technical stakeholders to understand current processes, pain points, and automation opportunities.

Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, user stories, and functional/non-functional requirements for AI agents.

Define end-to-end solution architecture for Brand Agent, AI Inventory Agent, MIM Agent, and AI Intake Agent.

Design conversational experiences, agent personas, workflow orchestration, and knowledge-grounding strategies.

Identify and evaluate enterprise data sources, knowledge repositories, APIs, and integration requirements.

Develop High-Level Design (HLD) and Solution Design documents aligned with business objectives and governance standards.

Architect and oversee the implementation of Microsoft Copilot Studio, Power Platform, Azure AI, and related Microsoft technologies.

Define integration architecture with Microsoft 365, SharePoint, Teams, Service Management tools, and enterprise applications.

Certifications

Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Solution Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Engineer Associate Microsoft Copilot Studio Certification TOGAF (Preferred)
