Position: Senior Architect – Agentic AI, BPM & Workflow Automation

Location: Southlake, TX – Onsite

Job Summary

We are looking for a highly experienced Senior Architect to lead architecture, innovation, and platform transformation initiatives across AI, Agentic AI, BPM, workflow automation, and enterprise integration.

The architect will design enterprise solutions that combine traditional BPM and workflow platforms with AI-native and multi-agent architectures, while providing hands-on technical leadership across architecture, modernization, and innovation initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Define architecture and modernization strategies across BPM, workflow automation, AI, and enterprise integration.
• Design enterprise solutions combining BPM workflows with Agentic AI and intelligent decisioning.
• Develop reusable frameworks, accelerators, reference architectures, and governance standards.
• Drive innovation around Agentic AI, workflow orchestration, AI-assisted engineering, and intelligent automation.
• Support solution shaping, architecture assessments, strategic pursuits, and executive client workshops.
• Mentor architects and engineers and promote engineering excellence.
• Participate in architecture reviews, POCs, prototyping, and technical problem-solving.
