Hiring: IT Infrastructure Service Manager

We are seeking an experienced IT Infrastructure Service Manager to lead service delivery operations, manage technical teams and vendors, and act as a key point of contact for stakeholders and clients.

Location: Sant Cugat del Vallès, Spain

Work Model: Hybrid (1 day remote per week)

Candidate must be based in Spain, No Sponsorship Available

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage IT infrastructure services and ensure high-quality service delivery.
• Lead and coordinate technical teams and external service providers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
• Drive risk identification, assessment, and mitigation activities.
• Oversee change management and infrastructure maintenance processes.
• Organize service review meetings and governance committees.
• Manage escalations and resolve critical incidents effectively.

Required Experience:

• Experience in IT Infrastructure Service Management.
• Experience managing technical teams and third-party vendors.
• Strong stakeholder and client management skills.
• Experience in risk analysis and service governance.

Technical Expertise:

• Databases (DBMS)
• Infrastructure deployment and operations
• Windows and Unix/Linux environments
• Networking and communication devices

Preferred Qualifications:

• ITIL, PMP, or PRINCE2 certifications
• Azure AZ-900, AWS Cloud Practitioner, or Google Cloud certifications
• Catalan C1 certification
