We're looking for an experienced Senior Network All-Rounder to join our Infrastructure Team.

This isn't a role where you'll spend your days resetting ports and following scripts. You'll be trusted to lead improvements, interact with our users and stakeholders, solve complex technical problems, regularly visit our remote sites, strengthen security, modernise infrastructure, and help shape the future of our network environment.

You'll work across networking, security, cloud services, automation, and infrastructure projects, giving you the opportunity to make a visible difference across the organisation. The role includes network design, security improvement, automation, project delivery, troubleshooting, documentation, and strategic planning.

Before You Apply

What are we looking for?

• At least 3 years' hands-on Senior Network Engineer or equivalent experience.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco, MikroTik, FortiGate, Meraki, SD-WAN, VPNs and network security.
• Experience designing and troubleshooting complex routing and switching environments.
• Able to explain technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and non-technical colleagues.
• Proven experience leading network projects from design through to implementation.
• Proven ability to own technical issues and drive them independently to resolution.
• Relevant degree, professional certifications such as CCNP/CCIE or equivalent.
• Able to drive, with own transport and office attendance as agreed.
