Job Summary

Seeking an Automation Engineer to design, develop, test, secure, and support automation for identity integrations using Azure AD B2C, OIDC, SAML, APIs, CI/CD, monitoring, and related identity technologies.

Responsibilities

  • Develop automation designs, program specifications, prototypes, scripts, and production code.
  • Automate OpenID Connect (OIDC) and SAML 2.0 integrations.
  • Test, debug, and troubleshoot automation code and workflows.
  • Document repeatable application onboarding processes.
  • Support automation implementation across approximately 900 systems.
  • Configure Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics for monitoring, troubleshooting, latency, and error tracking.
  • Implement AI capabilities whererequired to automate integrations.
  • Design and implement security controls for programming, scripts, and AI-integrated technologies.
  • Design and improve chatbot capabilities using machine learning where applicable.
  • Correlate application logs to improve reporting and enterprise troubleshooting.
  • Review and improve release-management processes using GitHub and Azure DevOps.
  • Document identity and access-managementstandard changes resulting from new designs.
  • Create knowledge articles and provide knowledge transfer to technical teams.

Required / Desired Skills

  • 5+ years of experience with OAuth 2.0, OpenID Connect (OIDC), and authorization code flows using Azure AD B2C and Oracle OAG.
  • 5+ years of experience with Azure DevOps CI/CD pipelines for application registrations and API resource deployments.
  • 5+ years of experience with custom orchestration steps, claims transformations, REST API integrations, and Microsoft Graph API operations.
  • Hands-on experience building and securing APIs for identity workflows.
  • Expertise in Identity Experience Framework (IEF) XML policy development and debugging.
  • Experience integrating applications using MSAL across platforms.
  • Familiarity with Oracle IAM technologies, including OAG, OUD, and Oracle APEX.
  • At least two engagements lasting more than 6 months in a Developer/Programmer role using Azure B2C, Oracle OAG, Oracle OUD, or Strata Maverics.
