Senior IT Project Manager

We’re looking for a hands-on Senior IT Project Manager to help drive critical year-end technology initiatives in a complex enterprise environment. This remote, six-month opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys leading cross-functional work, keeping priorities moving, and turning plans into measurable progress.

Responsibilities

• Lead planning and execution of year-end and enterprise technology initiatives from start to finish.
• Coordinate meetings, track action items, and follow through on dependencies to keep projects on schedule.
• Build strong working relationships with internal stakeholders and external consulting partners.
• Monitor risks and issues, develop practical mitigation plans, and escalate concerns when needed.
• Provide clear, timely status updates and maintain visibility into progress, blockers, and next steps.
• Support additional technology projects and strategic initiatives as business needs evolve.

Skills

• Extensive experience managing IT projects in complex business environments.
• Ability to work independently while holding technical and business teams accountable.
• Strong technical aptitude with an understanding of enterprise systems and integrations.
• Excellent organization, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to navigate changing priorities and keep work moving forward with a solutions-focused mindset.

Preferred Skills

• Experience working with Oracle environments.
• Experience working with UKG environments.
• Healthcare industry experience.
• Proficiency with Smartsheet.
• Experience coordinating with both internal teams and external vendors or consultants.
