Design authentic people experiences & products: Go beyond tech platforms to build a comprehensive ecosystem of human experiences. You will design a diverse portfolio of touchpoints; from cultural rituals and growth moments to seamless teamwork that remove friction and empower our people to bring their whole, unfiltered selves to work and unlock their absolute full potential. 

• Build strong, trust-based relationships across your squad to accelerate execution and raise the quality of decisions

• Collaborate closely with business leaders and People Partners to uncover unmet employee needs and identify opportunities

• Lead the discovery process for your squad; owning it end-to-end from problem framing to solution validation

• Immerse yourself in understanding our employees; who they are, what they value, how they thrive, and what stands in their way

• Combine employee interviews, data analysis, and market insights to remove friction or prioritize problems and solutions based on needs and impact 

• Build for Scale: Rapidly ideate, prototype, and test solutions that work across highly diverse roles, seniority levels, and country contexts.  

• Drive Cross-Functional Execution: Collaborate and own the dependency map. 

• Define Success & Own the Metrics: Define what "working" means before products are launched. You will report against these honestly, including when a launched experience underperforms and needs to be killed or re-scoped. 

• Influence & Enable Change: Partner with leaders and People Partners to drive adoption plans, comms, and manager enablement, because even a captive internal user base needs to be won over.

You are fast, agile and driven. 

You're an experienced Product Manager with at least 5 years of work experience in Product Management.

• You have successfully launched products to market or to a large internal user base

• You have strong understanding of Agile product management and a solid grasp of the responsibilities of empowered product teams

• You demonstrated fantastic verbal and written communication skills, easily engaging with both technical and non-technical stakeholders, including senior leadership

• You thrive in cross-functional teams and excel in a collaborative environment

• You are experienced in finding and defining solutions based on research, data, and insights

• You have genuine interest in building world-class employee experiences

• You enjoy breaking down complex problems into manageable iterations

• Experience in innovation and launching new products and business models to market is a very strong plus
