Job Description

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor real-time rider check-ins, lateness, early check-outs, and unexcused absenteeism across assigned zones.
• Conduct daily shift validations to ensure scheduled fleet capacity matches active ground coverage during peak windows.
• Review, verify, and validate all rider penalties and policy infractions before finalizing deductions.
• Audit shift anomalies, system-generated flags, and supervisor reports to ensure fair, accurate penalty enforcement.
• Enforce strict compliance regarding official rider uniforms, brand presentation, and safety gear.
• Inspect and track company-issued assets (bags, equipment, smartphones, branding material) to minimize loss, misuse, or damage.
• Monitor and address rider conduct, attitude, and professional service standards to maintain brand integrity and positive customer experience.
• Liaise with field supervisors and customer care teams to address live rider escalations, behavioral issues, or non-compliance incidents.
•  Maintain accurate daily and weekly compliance logs, tracking non-compliance trends, penalty summaries, and zone-level attendance rates.
• Provide operational insights to fleet management to optimize shift adherence and reduce operational leakage.

Qualifications

Key Qualifications

•  Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Logistics, or a related field.
•  2–4 years of experience in Operations or Retail Operations.
•  Previous experience in operational audits and compliance reviews is highly preferred.
•  Strong analytical and investigative skills with excellent attention to detail.
•  Excellent communication and reporting skills.
•  Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
•  Ability to work independently, conduct field visits, and manage multiple operational locations.
•  Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
•  Strong data analysis skills to optimize shopper performance and service quality.
•  Proficiency in using tablets, desktops, and other in-store devices.
•  Customer-focused mindset with strong problem-solving abilities.
