Job Title: HMO Billing Location: South Africa Job Type: Full-Time, Remote Working Hours: US Hours (9am-5pm EST) Salary: South African Rand (ZAR) We are looking for a detail-oriented, reliable, and motivated HMO Biller to join our team in a full-time remote position. No prior HMO billing experience is required. Full training will be provided to the right candidate. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the HMO billing process, maintaining accurate billing records, working within billing and CRM systems, and ensuring that tasks are completed accurately and on time. We are looking for someone who is organized, focused, dependable, eager to learn, and able to work independently. Requirements Process and maintain HMO billing information accurately. Enter and update billing information in the relevant billing system. Review billing records for accuracy and completeness. Use the CRM system to maintain accurate client and billing information. Assist with tracking outstanding billing items and follow up where required. Identify discrepancies or missing information and escalate them appropriately. Maintain accurate billing documentation and records. Follow established billing procedures and workflows. Communicate professionally with internal team members regarding billing matters. Learn and adapt to new billing systems, software, and processes. Meet required deadlines while maintaining a high level of accuracy.
