Role Summary

The Integration Support Analyst is responsible for monitoring supporting troubleshooting and maintaining enterprise integration and data pipelines built using Azure Data Factory ADF and MuleSoft The role focuses on ensuring platform stability incident management data availability performance optimization and production support across businesscritical integrations

Key Responsibilities

Provide L2L3 production support for ADF pipelines MuleSoft APIs and integrations

Monitor daily batch jobs data loads API executions and integration workflows

Investigate and resolve incidents service requests and job failures within SLA timelines

Perform root cause analysis RCA and implement preventive measures for recurring issues

Support deployment release management and production migrations

Monitor platform health capacity performance and integration runtime environments

Coordinate with infrastructure application database and business teams for issue resolution

Maintain technical documentation SOPs knowledge repositories and operational dashboards

Support API governance security certificate renewals and access management activities
