The Remote Access team within the End User Computing (EUC) division delivers secure remote connectivity solutions for corporate and BYOD devices used across the organization worldwide.

As a Developer – Zero Trust Network Access, you will drive the engineering and automation of our ZTNA infrastructure, enabling secure access from Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android devices. Working within an Agile delivery squad, you will collaborate closely with Product Owners, Architects, Security teams, and Operations teams to enhance user experience while maintaining the highest security standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Engineer and automate Zero Trust Network Access platform configurations

Identify opportunities for automation, telemetry enhancement, and platform optimization

Design and build CI/CD pipelines for infrastructure configuration and code deployment

Develop and enhance API-driven automation solutions

Support backlog refinement and Agile delivery activities

Provide L3 support, problem management, and vendor engagement

Design and evolve Zero Trust access concepts and security controls

Produce and maintain:

• Technical Designs
• Release Notes
• Test Cases
• Operational Documentation
• Architecture Artifacts

Work with Security, Infrastructure, and Engineering teams to ensure solutions are:

• Secure
• Scalable
• Resilient
• Cost-effective
• Aligned with enterprise engineering standards

Ensure compliance with SDLC, release management, and engineering governance practices

Required Skills & Experience:

Network & Security Expertise

• Strong experience delivering VPN, Remote Access, and Cyber Security solutions in large enterprise environments
• Deep understanding of networking concepts and protocols:
• IP Routing
• TLS/SSL
• SSL VPN
• ESP
• IKEv2
• ActiveSync
• ICA
• RDP

Zero Trust & Remote Access

• Extensive experience with:
• Palo Alto Prisma Access
• Zero Trust Network Access (ZTNA)
• SAML-based Authentication
• Azure MFA
• Conditional Access

Infrastructure & Identity

• Infrastructure design and resilience strategies
• Azure Active Directory
• PKI Certificate Infrastructure
• DNS & DHCP
• Virtualization and Data Center architectures

Automation & Development

• Strong Python development skills
• Experience working with APIs and API automation
• Hands-on experience with:
• Palo Alto Prisma Access APIs
• Bruno API Testing
• Postman

Agile & Operational Excellence

• Experience working in Agile teams
• Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills
• Proven problem-solving capabilities in enterprise environments

Windows, macOS, iOS, and Android administration experience is a strong advantage.

Qualifications/ Certifications

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Agile and/or ITIL certification preferred
• Relevant Network or Security certifications advantageous
