Full-Stack Developer

What You Need

• 2+ years of hands-on development experience. You’ve personally built features and fixed issues on real projects.
• Solid PHP and JavaScript skills, plus HTML, CSS, and experience working with databases. Custom WordPress development experience. You can read existing code and build functionality beyond configuring themes, plugins, and Elementor.
• Experience with APIs and webhooks. You understand authentication, request payloads, responses, validation, and error handling.
• Hands-on conversion tracking experience with Meta, Google, or TikTok. Tell us what you’ve personally implemented or troubleshot.
• You don’t need experience with every platform. The ability to turn a requirement into a technical approach. We may explain what needs to happen without telling you which plugin, endpoint, or database structure to use.
• Good judgment when changing existing systems. You can explain when you’d make a small fix, when you’d refactor, and when you’d ask our senior developer to review the approach.
• Strong English and reliable availability during the required hours. You can explain what broke, what you changed, and what still needs attention.

Projects

We’re hiring a developer to support our affiliate lead generation business by building landing pages, connecting forms to external systems, implementing conversion tracking, troubleshooting technical issues, and creating internal tools. This is not just an Elementor or page-building role. You’ll write custom code, work with APIs, fix backend issues, and help ensure leads and conversion data flow reliably through our systems.

You’ll work alongside an experienced developer and collaborate with media buyers and other stakeholders to support high-volume lead generation campaigns. The team focuses on building scalable, reliable solutions that improve lead delivery, tracking accuracy, and overall business performance.

What You’ll Do

• Build and update landing pages. Work in WordPress and Elementor to create pages, edit layouts, build forms, and fix mobile or browser issues. Write custom WordPress features. Work with PHP, custom plugins, hooks, custom post types, and Gravity Forms. Know when a task needs custom code rather than another plugin.
• Connect forms to APIs. Validate submissions, create or update WordPress records, send leads to buyers and CRMs, and notify the right people. Make lead delivery reliable. Save submissions, log API responses, handle failed requests, and prevent duplicate deliveries. Make failures visible instead of letting leads disappear.
• Set up and troubleshoot conversion tracking. Work with Meta, Google, and TikTok tracking, including browser pixels, server-side events, postbacks, and deduplication.
• Find and fix problems in existing code. Investigate plugin conflicts, broken forms, missing conversions, API errors, and backend issues—even when documentation is incomplete.
• Build tools, automations, and AI workflows. Create lead-routing logic, internal utilities, and integrations that reduce manual work. Use AI to help write and debug code, but understand and test what it produces.
• Test and document your changes. Check the full workflow, not just whether the page loads. Use staging where possible, keep changes in version control, and leave clear notes so another developer can maintain your work.

Compensation: $20 USD per hour, with opportunities to increase responsibilities and hours over time based on performance and business needs.
Work Schedule: Part-time (15 hours per week) with required availability Monday to Friday, 2:00 PM to 5:00 PM PST. Additional hours may become available as the role grows.
