Estimating & Operations Associate (Training Track)

Must have

• 1+ year writing Xactimate estimates for US insurance claims
• Fluent written and spoken English. You will write estimates, supplements and emails to US adjusters and homeowners every day.
• Available 8 am–5 pm US Central, Monday–Friday
• Strong Excel or Google Sheets skills
• A fast learner who can pick up new software and processes with little hand-holding
• Own laptop or PC, internet of 25+ Mbps, a backup internet connection (for example a mobile hotspot on a different network), and a UPS or power station that lasts 2+ hours

About usRenaissance Restoration is a US water damage and restoration contractor based in the Memphis, Tennessee area. We handle water mitigation, mold, asbestos abatement and reconstruction. We are hiring one long-term, full-time team member who will grow with us.This is not a virtual assistant job. We want someone who learns fast, likes solving problems, and wants to be trained across the business. You will start on Xactimate estimating and take on more over time: insurance documentation, AI tools (Claude and ChatGPT), marketing, research, spreadsheets, our CRM and office systems, and general operations.Location: Remote – Colombia, Mexico or Argentina (Latin America)

What you will do

1. Xactimate estimating (first priority). Write 10–25 estimates and supplements per month for water, mold, asbestos and reconstruction claims, and later fire and smoke. Work from our photos, moisture logs and scope notes. Build sketches from Matterport or DocuSketch. Write supplements and emails to adjusters.
2. Insurance documentation. Organize claim files, prepare invoice packages, and help answer adjuster questions and pushback.
3. AI and office operations. Use Claude and ChatGPT to draft scopes, reports and letters, and help us build AI workflows. Update jobs in our CRM (Albi/DASH/PSA), help with invoicing in QuickBooks, and keep job costing in Excel or Google Sheets.
4. Marketing and research. Help with our Google Business Profile, Google Ads and Local Services Ads, website updates (WordPress), social media, and research projects.

Pay, schedule and how to apply

$850–1,100 USD per month to start, paid monthly. Performance bonuses and raises as you take on more of the business. Paid 30-day trial.

Schedule

Monday–Friday, 8:00 am–5:00 pm US Central Time. These are normal daytime hours in Latin America:

• Colombia: 8 am–5 pm (9 am–6 pm November–March)
• Mexico (Central): 7 am–4 pm (8 am–5 pm November–March)
• Argentina: 10 am–7 pm (11 am–8 pm November–March)

Nice to have
