AI Security Engineer (Platform, Cloud & IAM)

Position Summary

This role will help build and operate the NFL AI Control Plane across Microsoft 365, Azure, AWS, and future AI platforms. Hands-on technical role responsible for implementing and operating AI security controls across cloud, identity, data protection, and AI platforms. The role focuses on AI governance, agent security, cloud guardrails, observability, and autonomous security operations

Key Responsibilities

AI Governance & Control Plane

• Implement AI logging, monitoring, alerting, and guardrails.
• Manage AI agent inventory, ownership, and lifecycle.
• Implement model approval and allow/deny controls.
• Develop AI incident response and monitoring capabilities.

Identity & Access Management

• Research Agentic AI action attribution.
• Evaluate IAM support for AI agents and non-human identities.
• Implement agent identity governance, least privilege, and access reviews.
• Support AI-assisted IAM policy analysis and generation.

Required Qualifications

• 3-6 years of hands-on experience in cloud security, IAM, security engineering, or DevSecOps.
• 1-3 years of practical AI, cloud AI, agentic AI, or AI security experience.
• Experience in A2A and MCP protocols
• Experience with Azure, AWS, Microsoft 365, or cloud-native security platforms.
• Experience implementing logging, monitoring, IAM, DLP, and security controls.
• Strong scripting and automation skills (Python, PowerShell, Bash).

AI Knowledge Requirements

Must demonstrate fundamental understanding of:

• Foundation models and open-weight models.
• Model training, inference, and evaluation.
• RAG architectures
• AI agents, tool use, and autonomy.
• AI model security threats and controls.
