About the role

Lead the execution and coordination of complex technology projects from initiation through delivery. Partner with cross-functional business and technology teams across infrastructure, enterprise applications, cloud, security, software, and hardware initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple technology projects, milestones, deliverables, and dependencies.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, schedules, and documentation.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across business and technology.
• Identify and manage risks, issues, and interdependencies; escalate appropriately.
• Track project budgets, forecasts, and variance reporting.
• Maintain standardized reporting templates and dashboards.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of project management experience supporting technology initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects across technology domains.
• Experience with software, hardware, cloud, infrastructure, security, and enterprise applications.
• Experience with Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
• Strong cross-functional coordination and stakeholder management experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business, or related discipline preferred.

Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):

• Estimated hourly range: $80–$90/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
