Role Description The Technology Specialists – SysOps/DevOps Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mandaluyong. The role is responsible for maintaining and optimizing servers, cloud infrastructure, and deployment pipelines to ensure stable and secure operations. Daily tasks include monitoring system performance, troubleshooting incidents, implementing patches and upgrades, and automating routine processes using scripts and tools. The specialist collaborates with development, security, and project teams to support releases, improve CI/CD workflows, and enhance system reliability and scalability. The role also involves documenting configurations and procedures, contributing to best practices, and participating in on-call or scheduled maintenance as needed.

• Candidates should possess strong analytical skills and research abilities to diagnose issues, evaluate technical options, and propose solutions.
• Candidates should possess effective communication skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams and clearly document technical processes.
• Candidates should possess solid information technology skills, including experience with operating systems, networking, cloud platforms, and automation tools (e.g., CI/CD, scripting, containers).
• Candidates should possess project management skills to plan tasks, manage priorities, and support timely delivery of infrastructure and deployment initiatives.
• Relevant experience in SysOps, DevOps, or system administration, including monitoring, backup and recovery, and security best practices.
• Familiarity with tools such as Git, Jenkins or similar CI/CD platforms, configuration management (e.g., Ansible, Puppet, or similar), and logging/monitoring solutions.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Ability to work on-site in Mandaluyong, adapt to changing requirements, and maintain a high level of reliability and attention to detail.
