Senior Non-Key Expert – ICT & Digital Modernisation

NTU International A/S is leading a consortium for the proposal preparation of the EU-funded project called: “Egypt Downtown Facility.”

The overall objective of this assignment is to enhance the effectiveness, coherence and visibility of the Strategic and Comprehensive Partnership between the European Union and the Arab Republic of Egypt by providing rapid, flexible and high-quality technical assistance in support of jointly agreed bilateral cooperation priorities. This objective will contribute to strengthened policy dialogue, improved programme implementation and reinforced institutional capacities of Egyptian partner entities involved in EU-funded actions.

In this context, we are seeking a highly qualified Senior Non-Key Expert – ICT & Digital Modernisation to support technical assistance assignments related to institutional IT systems, digital workflows, ICT infrastructure, secure communications, cybersecurity, and digital modernisation of public institutions.

Qualifications and Skills

• Master’s degree in ICT, computer science, information systems, cybersecurity, engineering, or a related field.
• English: C1 level.
• Arabic is desirable.

Professional Experience

• At least 7 years of relevant professional experience.
• Experience assessing and modernising institutional IT systems and digital workflows.
• Experience preparing technical assessments, specifications and IT modernisation roadmaps.
• Knowledge of secure communications, information systems and cybersecurity requirements.
• Experience supporting digital modernisation within public administrations desirable.
