We are looking for an IT Support Specialist to join our team in Porto, Portugal.

What you will be doing:

  • Infrastructure: deploy, manage and support servers, storage, virtualization and cloud resources; ensure availability, backups and patching.
  • Network and communications: design and maintain LAN/WAN, VPNs, firewalls and QoS; monitor and troubleshoot performance.
  • Microsoft 365: administer Azure AD, Exchange Online, Intunes, Teams, SharePoint and OneDrive; manage users, licenses and security policies (MFA and conditional access).
  • General requirements and acquisitions: gather technical requirements, evaluate vendors and coordinate acquisitions to meet business needs.
  • IT acquisitions advice: recommend equipment, licenses and services; ensure solutions fit requirements, budgets and compliance.
  • User lifecycle: manage user onboarding, offboarding and profile configuration across internal systems; maintain access rights and account hygiene.
  • Inventory and contracts: oversee receipt, asset tagging and inventory lifecycle; track warranties, service agreements and support contracts.
  • Quality and standards: ensure service quality by following organizational standards, SLAs.
  • Security: implement and enforce defined security policies and procedures; detect, report and escalate violations.


What we are looking for:

  • Degrees in IT, Computer Science, Telecommunications or Computer Engineering are preferred but not mandatory.
  • At least 5 years of IT support experience and knowledge in IT management.
  • Experience in IT purchasing; good communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proficiency in English is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Operating Systems (Windows, Linux, MacOS) and hardware.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft 365 and its admin tolls (Intune, Entra, SharePoint, Exchange)
  • Knowledge in automation/scripting (PowerShell).
  • High level of commitment, proactivity, adaptability and versatility.
  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting and problem-solving skills.
  • Team worker and knowledge sharing spirit.
  • Ability to maintain a positive and productive relationship with all co-workers (different stakeholders’ levels and multi-cultural environment) and 3rd parties.


What would be a plus:

  • Knowledge of security technologies (Fortinet, anti-virus/malware, certificates, etc.).
  • Training/certification in ITIL.
  • Knowledge of the ISO27001 standard.
