Web App Full-Stack Engineer

Requirements:

• 3+ years of experience shipping production web apps
• Solid backend skills
• Hands-on experience shipping AI features such as LLMs or computer vision

Projects

Niuro is recruiting a Web App Full-Stack Engineer to develop and improve a recruitment technology platform for secure online candidate assessments. Hiring teams use the platform to create tests, invite candidates, and review AI-detected flags for potential unauthorized AI use or document sharing.

You will take end-to-end engineering ownership of the existing web application, resolve production bugs, expand functionality, and improve testing, reliability, and performance. You will use performance data and user feedback to guide improvements across assessment setup, candidate testing, and results review.

You will work in a small team with direct access to the founders. The role requires strong backend skills and experience shipping production web applications and AI features using LLMs or computer vision, with a focus on keeping the product stable as its capabilities grow.

Key Responsibilities:
