Full Stack Developer

Client overview

Our client is now expanding its nearshore team through us and is looking for a skilled Full Stack Developer with experience in both Blazor and React to join their growing development team. While the position covers the full stack, it is primarily frontend focused. Further details about our client, their products, and the specific role responsibilities will be shared later in the interview process.

Qualifications

Blazor (Server and/or WebAssembly):

• Strong experience with C# and .NET

• Proficiency in Razor components, dependency injection, and component lifecycle

• Experience with state management (Fluxor or built-in DI patterns)

• Skilled in Entity Framework Core and LINQ

• Building and consuming REST APIs / gRPC

• Knowledge of authentication & authorization (JWT, MS Identity, Azure AD)

• Experience with SignalR for real-time communication

• Familiarity with component libraries such as Radzen, MudBlazor, Telerik, or

Syncfusion

• Performance optimization (prerendering, AOT, lazy loading)

• Understanding of CI/CD and deployment in .NET environments (Linux/Windows)

React:

• Strong proficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript

• Deep understanding of React Hooks, Context API, and reusable component design

• Experience with state management tools (Redux Toolkit, Zustand, Query/TanStack)

• Knowledge of React Router, dynamic routing, and protected routes

• Integration with REST APIs (axios/fetch) and proper error handling

• Familiarity with UI libraries (Material UI, AntD, Tailwind CSS, Chakra UI, etc.)

• Understanding of testing frameworks (Jest, React Testing Library)

• Experience in performance optimization (memo, lazy loading, code splitting)

• Working knowledge of Webpack, Vite, or similar build tools

• Awareness of accessibility (a11y) and responsive UI design best practices

• Familiarity with architectural patterns in large-scale frontend applications
