Information Technology Administrator - Part Time

The Opportunity

We are looking for a proactive IT Administrator to manage and support our technical infrastructure. You will be the backbone of our daily operations, ensuring that our teams in Macedonia and our international partners have a seamless, secure, and high-performance digital environment. What you'll do

• Infrastructure Management: Maintain and optimize the local network, high-speed internet connectivity, and office hardware.
• Employee Support: Provide hands-on technical support and ensure all team members have the tools they need to succeed.
• Procurement: Research and purchase technical equipment (laptops, peripherals, etc.) aligned with company standards and specific role requirements.
• Asset Management: Keep a precise inventory of hardware and software assets across the organization.
• Documentation: Create and maintain clear IT processes, security protocols, and system records.

Required Skills

• IT Administration: Proven experience in systems management and troubleshooting.
• Networking: Solid understanding of network security, Wi-Fi infrastructure, and connectivity.
• OS Knowledge: Proficiency in Windows and macOS environments.
• Communication: Strong English skills for collaborating with international partners and vendors.

Cloud & SaaS Mastery

• Google Workspace: Expert administration of users, permissions, and security settings.
• Slack Administration: Managing workspaces, integrations, and access controls.
• Domain Management: Experience in purchasing, renewing, and configuring domains (DNS, SSL, etc.).
• SaaS Operations: Managing subscriptions and accounts for various company-wide digital tools.
