🧐 WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN YOU?

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum 10+ years of experience in Network Engineering and Network Automation.
• Strong hands-on experience with Python, Ansible, Jinja2, and Shell scripting.
• Proven experience designing and implementing Network Automation frameworks and strategies.
• Strong expertise in multi-vendor network environments, including Cisco, Juniper, Arista, and Fortinet.
• Experience with network automation tools such as Netmiko, NAPALM, PyEZ, Nornir, and Paramiko.
• Experience with Git, GitLab, CI/CD pipelines, and Infrastructure as Code (IaC) practices.
• Strong knowledge of routing, switching, network security, VXLAN-EVPN, multicast, QoS, and BGP.
• Experience with Network Source of Truth platforms, CMDB integrations, and Closed Loop Automation frameworks.
• Solid understanding of Linux administration and automation.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English.

👀 GOOD TO HAVE:

• Experience with data center fabric automation and spine-leaf architectures.
• Experience integrating automation solutions with ITSM platforms.
• Knowledge of monitoring, observability, and automated remediation frameworks.
• Experience generating network compliance reports, topology diagrams, and operational dashboards.
• Experience defining automation standards, governance models, and best practices.
• Experience mentoring junior engineers and leading technical initiatives.

🚀 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Define and maintain network automation standards, coding guidelines, and best practices.
• Design and implement automation solutions using Ansible, Python, Jinja2, and network automation frameworks.
• Develop and maintain reusable Ansible playbooks, roles, collections, plugins, and dynamic inventories.
• Automate device onboarding, provisioning, and configuration management for network and security infrastructure.
• Develop automated workflows for routing, switching, security, and multi-vendor network environments.
• Implement GitLab CI/CD pipelines for network changes, including automated validation, testing, deployment, and rollback procedures.
• Develop monitoring and validation solutions for network performance, connectivity, routing protocols, and infrastructure health.
• Automate remediation processes and integrate monitoring with operational and ITSM platforms.
• Build automation solutions for VXLAN-EVPN data center fabrics, traffic engineering, and network orchestration.
• Design and maintain Infrastructure as Code repositories, version control strategies, and deployment frameworks.
• Generate automated documentation, compliance reports, network inventories, and operational dashboards.
• Implement backup, disaster recovery, high availability monitoring, and automated recovery procedures.
• Collaborate with network, security, infrastructure, and operations teams to drive automation initiatives and improve operational efficiency.
• Provide technical leadership, guidance, and mentoring to less experienced team members.
