SharePoint Developer (junior-standard)

Position Description

This role is ideal for a motivated SharePoint developer who wants to grow through hands on experience in global projects. The position offers the chance to work with modern on prem environments, collaborate with international colleagues. The SharePoint Developer will support and enhance SharePoint 2019 on premises Document Management System (DMS) environments. The position includes development tasks, troubleshooting, and participation in solution implementation across enterprise level SharePoint farms.

Salary range: 1500-3500 Euros (gross).

Your future duties and responsibilities

• Manage, maintain, and enhance SharePoint 2019 on prem DMS environments, including site collections, libraries, metadata structures, and permissions.
• Develop and maintain custom solutions using SPFx, CSOM, JSOM, REST API, and PowerShell.
• Troubleshoot issues related to farm performance, search indexing, permissions, and file management.
• Support deployment of SharePoint farm solutions and assist with farm level issue resolution.
• Collaborate with international teams.

Required Qualifications To Be Successful In This Role

Technical skills:

• 1+ years of experience in SharePoint development.
• Understanding of:

SharePoint On Prem architecture (farm configuration, service applications)

SharePoint lists/libraries, content types, and DMS features

SharePoint Search, User Profile Service, Managed Metadata Service

PowerShell scripting for administration and automation

C#, .NET Framework, and SharePoint Server Side Object Model

CSOM, JSOM, REST API for client side development

HTML, CSS, JavaScript, TypeScript for UI customizations

• Familiarity with SQL Server (basic queries and maintenance concepts).

Soft skills:

• Strong analytical and troubleshooting abilities.
• Clear communication with both technical and non technical stakeholders.
• Proactive mindset with a focus on system stability and continuous improvement.
