Data Operations Associate Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Job Description

• Lead and manage a team responsible for data processing and operational activities.
• Ensure accurate, high-quality, and timely delivery of work.
• Monitor KPIs, productivity, quality, and team performance to achieve operational targets.
• Set clear performance expectations and provide regular coaching and constructive feedback.
• Identify process gaps and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
• Troubleshoot and resolve day-to-day operational and technical issues.
• Manage workload, resources, and priorities to meet business requirements.
• Collaborate with stakeholders, project managers, and cross-functional teams.
• Support team members' training, development, and career growth.
• Drive effective change management and support new processes or initiatives.
• Promote a collaborative, inclusive, and high-performing team culture.
• Ensure the team follows established policies, procedures, and service requirements.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Data Analytics, or a related field.
• Experience in people management, team leadership, or supervisory responsibilities.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail.
• Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Strong people and process management capabilities.
• Ability to manage, engage, and influence cross-functional teams.
• Good delegation, coaching, and performance management skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and relationship-building skills.
• Client-focused and solution-oriented mindset.
• Good presentation and communication skills.
• Experience in process improvement and change management is an advantage.
• Strong time management and prioritization skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
• Strong understanding of end-to-end operational processes.
