Requirements - Proven internet download speeds of greater than 20Mbps and upload speed of 10Mbps via an online speed test ( ) - Quiet work area with low background noise for calls. - Excellent English speaker - Ability to work with an internet-based workflow. - Strong communication skills with a problem-solving attitude. - Prior call center experience preferred. - Prior experience with pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs) preferred.
