ABOUT THE ROLE

As a Backend / Full-Stack Developer at TOOLIGO, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining the core systems that power our products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable, high-performance solutions. Leveraging modern technologies and best practices, you will help shape our architecture, ensuring seamless integration across backend services, web interfaces, and mobile applications.

EXPECTED QUALIFICATIONS

• Team Player: A humble, lifelong learner with a customer-first mindset and strong communication skills.
• Practical Knowledge: Proficient in OOP, Design Patterns, Clean Code, and Software Craftsmanship. Experienced in Refactoring processes.
• Backend Experience: 4+ years of professional experience in backend development, specifically with C# and the .NET ecosystem (including .NET 6/8+ and .NET Framework 4.x).
• Frontend Proficiency: Solid knowledge of Next.js and React; hands-on experience with state management using Redux and Context API / Providers.
• Mobile Development (Flutter): Experience in developing or integrating cross-platform mobile applications using Flutter and Dart.
• Real-time & Caching: Hands-on experience with SignalR for real-time communication and Redis for distributed caching and performance optimization.
• Database Management: Proficiency in relational database management systems, specifically PostgreSQL and MS SQL Server (including schema design and query optimization).
• Messaging Patterns: Experience with messaging patterns and brokers such as RabbitMQ, Kafka, or similar asynchronous communication tools.
• Backend Services: Proven track record of building and maintaining scalable RESTful APIs and seamlessly integrating them with web and mobile platforms.
• Agile Mindset: Comfortable working in an Agile environment (Scrum/Kanban) and participating in collaborative processes like Code Reviews.
• Distributed Systems: Experienced in designing fault-tolerant, loosely coupled distributed architectures and microservices.
• Containerization & DevOps: Proficiency with Docker and CI/CD pipelines (GitHub Actions, Azure DevOps, etc.). Experience with Kubernetes and monitoring tools is a plus.
• Language Skills: Good command of written and spoken English to follow technical documentation and global industry trends.
