Middle/Senior DevOps Engineer (Azure)

What You'll Do

• Design, build and maintain CI/CD pipelines to support reliable and repeatable application and infrastructure deployments.
• Improve DevOps tooling, automation frameworks and deployment processes across cloud and on-premises environments.
• Support the migration of manual operational tasks into automated, secure and auditable workflows.
• Work with development and platform teams to improve software delivery, monitoring and operational reliability.
• Support production applications and platforms, including deployment troubleshooting, release support and continuous improvement.
• Build and improve monitoring, alerting and observability using tools such as Datadog or similar.
• Apply FinOps thinking to contribute to automation, self-service and auto-healing solutions to reduce manual effort and improve platform efficiency.

Who We're Looking For

Must have:

• 3-5+ years’ experience in DevOps, platform engineering, SRE, infrastructure automation or software delivery roles.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD tools such as Azure DevOps, Octopus Deploy, GitHub Actions, Jenkins or similar.
• Hands-on experience with Microsoft Azure and Terraform in real-world environments.
• Experience with Infrastructure as Code or configuration automation tools such as Terraform, Ansible, Bicep, ARM templates or similar.
• Good scripting and automation skills using PowerShell, Bash, Python or similar.
• Experience supporting production systems and troubleshooting application, deployment or infrastructure issues.
• Familiarity with monitoring and observability tools such as Datadog, Azure Monitor, Application Insights, Grafana, ELK or similar.
• Understanding of release management, change management and secure deployment practices.
• Good English communication skills for daily collaboration with technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Nice to have:

• Experience with .NET applications, microservices or monolith application environments.
• Experience with hybrid cloud and on-premises platforms.
• Experience with containers such as Docker, Kubernetes or Azure container services.
• Experience with auto-healing, runbook automation or event-driven automation.
• Experience with DevSecOps practices, secrets management and secure pipeline design.
• Experience in financial services, fintech or regulated environments.
• Relevant Azure, DevOps, cloud or security certifications.
