The Role

We're looking for a passionate Software Engineer early in their career who is excited to learn, grow, and make a real impact. You'll join our engineering team to help build the control plane that powers our platform-developing systems.

From day one, you'll work alongside experienced engineers on challenging technical problems while continuously expanding your skills.

What You'll Do

• Design, build, and improve scalable backend services.
• Help develop our automated control plane for multi-cloud and on-premises environments.
• Build integrations with leading cloud providers such as AWS, Azure, and GCP.
• Contribute to the reliability, scalability, security, and performance of our platform.
• Collaborate closely with experienced engineers, product teams, customers, and partners.
• Learn new technologies and grow into increasingly complex technical challenges.

What We're Looking For

• 6+ years of software engineering experience (or exceptional new graduates).
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
• Strong software engineering fundamentals and problem-solving skills.
• Curiosity and a genuine passion for learning new technologies.
• A strong desire to grow, take initiative, and make an impact.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and the motivation to move things forward.
